• As a Key Account Manager, you will report directly to the managing director, taking charge of customer management, which includes informing, advising, and selling.
• You will support and represent the managing director during pricing and sales negotiations.
• In collaboration with the managing director, you will be responsible for calculating prices.
• Your role will involve creating proposals and reviewing price confirmations.
• You will maintain our master data both internally and on customer and licensor platforms.
• Regular generation of sales statistics, calculations, bills of materials, and inventory valuations for outgoing goods will be part of your responsibilities.
• You will oversee the review and approval of packaging designs and licensing sales packaging.
• Independently, you will create production plans and lead production meetings.
• Your duties will include reviewing and approving complaints and refunds.
• You will participate in packaging planning and control, as well as the planning and execution of promotions and projects.
• Additionally, you will supervise internal operations during the introduction of new products.

• A completed commercial training program.
• Professional experience in a similar role, preferably within the food sector.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
• A customer-focused approach.
• Capability to work independently, in a structured, and responsible manner.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
