Our extensive portfolio encompasses chemistry, equipment, software, and services tailored for high-tech applications across various sectors, including data centers, consumer electronics, and industrial machinery.
We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Controller Finance to join our dynamic team in Feucht. This role is pivotal in ensuring the financial success of our projects, particularly those with significant budgets.
Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Operations Controller, you will:
- Oversee project financial management through comprehensive monitoring of project data, ensuring adherence to internal and SOX compliance standards.
- Prepare detailed project reports and facilitate audits in partnership with management.
- Coordinate and document financial data, providing reports to corporate headquarters and supporting management in financial decision-making.
- Conduct monthly revenue assessments, manage receivables provisions, and perform impairment evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with international teams and corporate accounting, including liaising with auditors.
- Ensure financial processes align with US-GAAP, HGB, and tax regulations.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Coordinate forecasts for the global EQ area and address tax and process-related matters across countries.
- Develop financial presentations for the EQ management team.
- Analyze and provide insights on Working Capital Management.
- A solution-oriented mindset paired with a strong attention to detail.

- Strong diplomatic and communication skills in both English and German.
- Exceptional analytical and comprehension abilities.
- Several years of relevant experience in project finance, ideally in an international context.
- A degree in business administration or a related field.
