Role Overview

As a Senior Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer experiences and driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in executing visual merchandising strategies to maximize sales.
  • Act on behalf of the Store Manager during their absence, overseeing tasks such as weekly financial closures and staff scheduling.
  • Provide training and support to fellow Sales Assistants to foster a collaborative environment.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of several years of experience in sales, particularly within the Premium market.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience with inventory management systems.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, with a talent for motivating and inspiring team members.
