About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our retail team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
