If you are eager to embrace new challenges daily, the position of Sales Executive at Studyflix GmbH could be an ideal fit for you. In this role, you will engage with key stakeholders regularly and secure new corporate partnerships focused on Employer Branding and Recruitment.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Connect with businesses via phone and video calls to showcase our offerings in Recruitment and Employer Branding, establish new partnerships, and foster enduring relationships.
  • Oversee the complete sales process, from initial outreach to product demonstrations, negotiations, and finalizing agreements.
  • Engage in daily training sessions to enhance your skills and those of your colleagues.
  • Leverage our CRM system to generate proposals, organize your schedule, and monitor your achievements.
Your Profile:
  • Possess a degree in a relevant discipline (such as Business Administration, Social Sciences, etc.) or have completed equivalent vocational training.
  • Have a passion for sales and customer engagement.
  • Exhibit strong communication abilities, determination, and persuasive skills.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous, but enthusiasm and personality are paramount.
