We are seeking a highly skilled Customs Clearance Specialist to join our team at the bilstein group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of import processes in accordance with applicable customs regulations.

• Import Process Management: Coordinate and monitor import processes to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Warehouse Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records and ensuring the proper handling of goods in our warehouse.
• Documentation and Compliance: Obtain and document necessary documentation, including certificates of origin, to ensure compliance with customs regulations.
• Trade Compliance: Conduct trade compliance reviews and provide recommendations to ensure adherence to customs regulations.
• Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance knowledge and skills in customs regulations and trade compliance.

• Education: Completed vocational training in a commercial field, such as logistics or trade.
• Experience: Previous experience in customs clearance and trade compliance is highly desirable.
• Language Skills: Proficient in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and experience with SAP GTS, PCALC, or AEB Assist is an asset.
• Personal Qualities: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
