Industrial Participation Manager (m/w/d) - Defence

Standort: Böblingen

In der Rolle des Industrial Participation Managers (m/w/d) sind Sie der zentrale Ansprechpartner für alle Belange im Zusammenhang mit Kompensationsgeschäften und industriellen Beteiligungen. Sie tragen die Verantwortung für die Analyse und Festlegung geeigneter Strategien zur Erfüllung der Kompensationsverpflichtungen.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Die Identifikation, Planung, Entwicklung und Implementierung von Konzepten zur Erfüllung der Offsetverpflichtungen der europäischen Moog Standorte im Verteidigungssektor.
  • Berichterstattung an den Business Manager Defence und Unterstützung bei der innovativen sowie kosteneffizienten Umsetzung der Kompensationsverpflichtungen. Wichtige Aspekte zur Erlangung von Offset-Credits sind:
    • Generierung von Offset Credits durch Einkäufe der gesamten Moog Gruppe an verschiedenen Standorten.
    • Erzeugung von Offset Credits durch die Verlagerung von Arbeitspaketen zu Partnern und Lieferanten in relevante Länder.
    • Steuerung des Einkaufs in Deutschland und Irland zur Generierung von Offset Credits für B- und C-Teile.
  • Enge Kooperation mit den Regional Sales- und Program-Managern (m/w/d).
  • Entwicklung und Pflege von Netzwerken im Bereich Offset und Verteidigung sowie Analyse internationaler Beschaffungsmärkte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem strategischen Einkauf.
  • Termingerechte Abwicklung und kaufmännisches Controlling der Offsetprojekte.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine fachspezifische Berufsausbildung mit relevanter Zusatzqualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im internationalen Vertrieb, Einkauf, Projekt- oder Vertragsmanagement.
  • Erfahrung im Offsetmanagement sowie Kenntnisse in der Verteidigungsindustrie sind von Vorteil.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Reisebereitschaft, Flexibilität, Teamgeist und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP und Microsoft Office sind erforderlich.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
