Overview
We are seeking a skilled individual for the role of 'Mechatronics Engineer / Industrial Mechanic' within our 'Assembly Unstabilized GBS' division, located at our Oberkochen facility.The 'Assembly Unstabilized GBS' division is responsible for the production and maintenance of advanced sensors and comprehensive systems designed for long-range surveillance, catering to both civilian and military clientele. These systems play a crucial role in safeguarding deployed personnel and securing property.
Key Responsibilities
Verify the completeness and accuracy of orders, addressing any discrepancies as needed Independently assemble intricate sub-assemblies and main assemblies in accordance with production documentation Conduct final assembly and calibration of the complete device independently Clean optical surfaces and equipment as required Perform wiring, soldering, and bonding tasks Execute intermediate testing based on specified guidelines Assess the interaction of individual components and assemblies, making necessary adjustments Accept completed devices Implement quality assurance measures and document the entire production and acceptance processCandidate Profile
Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or a related field Relevant experience in the assembly of optical and/or mechanical devices Familiarity with SAP systems Proficient in handling precision mechanical, electronic, and optical components and assemblies Knowledgeable in soldering, crimping, and adhesive bonding techniques Strong technical comprehension Ability to work independently, with flexibility and teamwork skills High performance and quality awareness Proficient in German languageAdditional Benefits
