Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Duties: Manage patient check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling with efficiency and professionalism.
- Preliminary Examinations and Electronic Measurements: Conduct thorough examinations and electronic measurements to ensure accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Insurance Billing and Digital Record Keeping: Handle insurance billing and maintain accurate digital records to ensure seamless communication with patients and healthcare providers.
- Medication Inventory and Hygiene Standards: Maintain a clean and organized medication inventory and adhere to strict hygiene standards to ensure patient safety.

- Certification: Possess certification as a Medical Assistant (MFA), Medical Office Assistant, or Nurse.
- Experience: Have experience working in a medical office setting, preferably in ophthalmology.
- Knowledge: Possess knowledge of ophthalmology and its related procedures.
