Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Strategist to join our team at Danfoss. As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for developing customer-centric product portfolio strategies, defining features and value propositions based on market needs, and driving global market insights and competitive analysis for mid-tier product development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product portfolio strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product roadmaps and prioritize features.
  • Communicate market insights and product requirements to stakeholders and teams.
  • Support the development of product support materials for key industries and regions.
  • Anticipate market dynamics and applications to enable specific industry product solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably with experience in mid-tier markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • People management skills are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and productivity skills.
  • Solid understanding of industrial markets and platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
