Your Responsibilities:
As a POS Systems Consultant (m/f/d), you will provide expert advice and support to BAUHAUS centers and internal departments regarding all inquiries related to Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems after comprehensive training. This role includes managing inquiries related to both national and international cash register and cash management systems. You will be responsible for creating and approving change requests. As part of quality assurance, you will conduct software and hardware testing. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will further develop POS systems and their surrounding environment, as well as assist in user training.Your Profile:
A completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable field of study; alternatively, a completed commercial training or IT-related education (e.g., IT specialist). Experience in IT project work, preferably in the POS and/or retail sector. A fundamental understanding of various IT areas (e.g., networks, Windows, databases, scripting languages, hardware). Strong teamwork and communication skills, along with a self-reliant and proactive work approach. A pronounced customer and service orientation. Proficient in German and specialized English, both written and spoken.Our Offer:
