Logistics Supply Coordinator

Ihre Aufgaben im Rahmen der Dr. Wolff Group:
  • Taktische Planung: Entwicklung von kurz- bis mittelfristigen Plänen zur Harmonisierung von Angebot und Nachfrage.
  • Risikomanagement: Proaktive Identifikation und Management von Risiken in der Lieferkette sowie Eskalation von Problemen, wenn erforderlich.
  • Bestandsüberwachung: Überwachung und Anpassung von Transportaufträgen zur optimalen Bestandssteuerung.
  • Nachschubkontrolle: Analyse von Ausnahmen im Nachschub und Ableitung notwendiger Maßnahmen.
  • Fachbereichskooperation: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Marketing, Vertrieb und Betrieb zur Gewährleistung einer optimalen Bedarfs- und Auftragserfüllung.
  • Szenarienplanung: Unterstützung der Zusammenarbeit durch Anwendung von Szenarienplanung in einem Advanced Planning System.
  • SI&OP-Unterstützung: Unterstützung des Netzwerkmanagers mit regionalem und/oder globalem Input für SI&OP.
  • Leistungsüberwachung: Überwachung der Lieferkettenleistung, Überprüfung und Genehmigung von Planungsparametern sowie Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
  • Bestandsziele: Verantwortung für die Erreichung der Bestandsziele und Unterstützung der Finanzplanungs- und Prognoseprozesse.
Ihre Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Planung, Disposition oder im Einkauf von mehrstufigen Produktionen.
  • Kenntnisse in SAP, MS-Office und gängigen Planungstools.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise, ergänzt durch Teamfähigkeit.
