About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine and Equipment Operator to join our team at Select GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain various types of machinery and equipment, including full-automatic assembly machines
  • Select and prepare machines according to specifications
  • Adjust and modify machine programs as needed
  • Conduct quality control checks and monitor production processes
  • Pack and prepare finished goods according to regulations
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment
Requirements
  • Completed vocational training in a technical field (metal, electronics) or equivalent experience in industrial manufacturing
  • Experience in operating and maintaining full-automatic assembly machines
  • Availability for shift work in a three-shift system
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing production requirements
  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in German language
