In dieser Position unterstützen Sie ein renommiertes internationales Technologieunternehmen mit über 400 Mitarbeitern, das Teil eines bedeutenden Automobilherstellers ist, als Lead Payroll Consultant (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Analyse und Optimierung der bestehenden HR-Abrechnungsprozesse sowie der relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Mitgestaltung des Vergütungs- und Leistungssystems sowie Beurteilung steuerlicher und sozialversicherungsrechtlicher Fragestellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl und Implementierung neuer digitaler Tools
  • Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung für Mitarbeiter, Praktikanten und Trainees in SAP unter Berücksichtigung interner Richtlinien sowie der geltenden steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Vorgaben
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für internationale Mitarbeiter, Sozialversicherungsträger und Behörden in allen abrechnungsrelevanten Angelegenheiten
  • Überprüfung und Abrechnung internationaler Reisekosten unter Berücksichtigung interner und externer Richtlinien
  • Betreuung der HR-Software in SAP als Key-User
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Human Resources
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Personalwesen eines mittelständischen Unternehmens oder einer Beratungsfirma
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich der Entgeltabrechnung sowie aktuelle Kenntnisse der relevanten steuerlichen und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Vorschriften
  • Hohe IT-Affinität, Veränderungsbereitschaft sowie eine ausgeprägte „Hands-on“-Mentalität und eine strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Praktische Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für die interne und externe Kommunikation
  • Sicherer Umgang mit modernen IT-Anwendungen sowie Kommunikations- und Organisationstechnologien
