We are currently seeking a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse (m/f/d) to join our dedicated team in Heppenheim.
Your Qualifications- You are a qualified registered nurse (m/f/d) with experience in pediatric or intensive care nursing.
If you lack experience in pediatrics or non-clinical intensive care, we offer the Basic Course for Registered Nurses (m/f/d) in Non-Clinical Ventilation/Pediatrics within your first six months of employment.
Your Duties- Providing basic and therapeutic care (including oxygen and medication administration, injections, suctioning, PEG care, inhalation and respiratory therapy, as well as monitoring)
- Maintaining nursing documentation
- Collaborating within an interdisciplinary team
- Communicating effectively with family members
- Managing emergency situations
- Compensation in accordance with collective bargaining agreements, including allowances and an annual bonus
- Flexible work hours in a three-shift system (other shifts can be arranged)
- Optimal staffing ratios ensuring adequate time for patient care and self-care
