- Berichterstattung und Dateninterpretation: Generieren und präsentieren Sie regelmäßige Berichte und Datenanalysen auf Anfrage.
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Fach.
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Order-Management, Krisenmanagement oder Kundenbetreuung.
- Exzellente Kommunikations- und Interpersonenfähigkeiten.
- Fähigkeit, effektiv unter Druck zu arbeiten und mehrere Prioritäten zu verwalten.
- Kenntnisse in ERP- und CRM-Plattformen.
- Experte in Excel, einschließlich Funktionen, Pivot-Tabellen und Datenvisualisierung. Power BI ist ein Plus.
- Fähigkeit, Daten zu interpretieren und aus komplexen Datenmengen handlungsfähige Einblicke zu gewinnen.
- Hohe Erfahrung in der Tool-Verwaltung, einschließlich Workflows und Ticketing-Systemen.
