Senior Product Manager

Wir suchen einen engagierten Senior Produktmanager, der die Marketingstrategie für ein etabliertes onkologisches Präparat gestalten und vorbereiten kann. Als Teil unseres dynamischen Teams werden Sie die Zukunft der Medizin mitgestalten und innovative Lösungen für unsere Kunden entwickeln.
Ihre Aufgaben- Entwickeln Sie Marketingstrategien für Ihren Therapiebereich und managen das Tagesgeschäft.
- Erstellen Sie operative und strategische Pläne, messen Sie deren Erfolg und passen Sie Maßnahmen an.
- Evaluieren Sie Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios und führen Sie Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen durch.
- Schnittstellenmanagement: Arbeiten Sie eng mit Business Development und anderen Abteilungen, sowie externen Dienstleistern.
- Schulung: Informieren und schulen Sie den Außendienst und gewinnen Sie Meinungsbildner für die Teilnahme an relevanten Veranstaltungen.
- Qualifikation: Sie haben einen Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Medizin, Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften
- Alternativ ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaft – idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Qualifikation als Geprüfter Pharmareferent nach §75 AM.
- Erfahrung: Erste Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Multi Channel Marketing ist von Vorteil. Alternativ haben Sie erste Erfahrungen im pharmazeutischen Außendienst gesammelt.
- Marktkenntnisse: Sie haben ein gutes Verständnis für die Rahmenbedingungen, Entscheiderstrukturen und Kundenbedürfnisse im deutschen Gesundheitsmarkt.
- Kompetenzen: Ihre rhetorischen und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sind ausgezeichnet, und Sie treten sicher auf. Analytische Stärke, Zahlenaffinität, Lösungsorientierung und eine hohe Eigenverantwortung zeichnen Sie aus.
- Persönlichkeit: Sie sind offen, begeisterungsfähig und teamorientiert mit einem klaren Fokus auf Kunden.
- Flexibilität: Sie beherrschen die gängigen Office-Anwendungen und sprechen fließend Deutsch. Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft zu Veranstaltungen ist für Sie kein Problem.
