BioScience Distribution Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BioScience Distributor Manager to join our team at Greiner. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our existing distributor network in Germany for the BioScience product line.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the BioScience product line in Germany
• Evaluate and onboard new distribution partners to expand our network
• Manage and develop our sales team to achieve sales targets and growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability
• Provide sales support to distributors, including product training and market introduction
• Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate sales projections
• Document sales activities and performance in our CRM system
• Develop and negotiate sales agreements with distributors
• Collaborate with account managers and internal sales teams to drive sales growth
• Conduct regular sales reviews with distributors to ensure alignment and progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, with a strong background in Life Sciences
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the laboratory supplies industry
• Strong network and knowledge of the laboratory market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel regularly
• Residence in the sales region
