Machine Operator

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator (m/w/d) with a forklift license to join our team at adhoc GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating industrial equipment and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transporting materials with a forklift
- Loading and unloading heat treatment equipment
- Monitoring heat treatment processes (temperatures, times, quantities)
- Monitoring heat treatment equipment during operation
- Performing minor process adjustments (adjusting temperature settings based on hardness test results)
- Documenting heat treatment processes (hardness values, quantities, temperature changes, etc.)
- Performing Brinell hardness testing on heat-treated metal parts
- Collecting samples for mechanical testing
Requirements:
- Completed training in the metal industry or relevant work experience in the above-mentioned field
- Forklift license
- Availability to work in a 3-shift system
- Team and communication skills
