Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal and Contract Manager to join our team at Staburo GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of contract documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Your Responsibilities
  • Contract Management
    • Manage contract documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
    • Act as the interface between Managing Directors, legal advisors, and the finance team to ensure alignment on contract terms and conditions
  • Proposal Creation and Client Interaction
    • Develop comprehensive and compelling proposals and optimize proposal content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client requirements
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the proposal phase
    • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
Your Profile
  • Academic degree in business law, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in proposal creation and contracts management
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and a high level of organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Fluency in English, good knowledge of German is an advantage
