Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) suchen wir einen Leiter Servicebereich Elektro (m/w/d), der unser Industrial Services Team bereichert.

IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung des Servicebereichs, einschließlich wirtschaftlicher, organisatorischer und personeller Aspekte.
  • Übernahme der betriebswirtschaftlichen Verantwortung, einschließlich:
    • Mitwirkung an der positiven wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung des Bereichs
    • Festlegung von Planvorgaben im Rahmen der Budgetplanung
    • Identifikation und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung
    • Optimierung der Eigenfertigungstiefe
    • Kalkulation und Erstellung von Angeboten
    • Analyse betriebswirtschaftlicher Kennzahlen
    • Akquisition und Betreuung von Kundenaufträgen
    • Pflege und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen auf verschiedenen Ebenen
  • Gewährleistung der Erfüllung vertraglicher Leistungen und Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen.
  • Verantwortung für alle vorbereitenden Maßnahmen, einschließlich Beauftragungen und Materialversorgung.
  • Einhalten von Gesundheits-, Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards.
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter.
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Initiierung von Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen.
  • Überwachung der Arbeitsausführung und Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften.
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN
  • Technisches Studium oder Ausbildung mit zusätzlicher Qualifikation (z.B. Meister oder Techniker) und umfangreiche Berufserfahrung.
  • Fähigkeit zur Problemanalyse und Entwicklung neuer Lösungsansätze.
  • Kundenorientierte und lösungsfokussierte Arbeitsweise.
