We are seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to enhance our financial operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive initiatives for refining accounting workflows
- Oversee comprehensive processes and internal control frameworks
- Manage financial reporting, taxation matters, and preparation of financial statements
- Collaborate with external auditors and financial consultants
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in economics or a related discipline (Bachelor/Master/Diploma)
- 4-6 years of experience in accounting or auditing roles
- Expertise in accounting software and ERP systems, along with IT proficiency
- Excellent communication and analytical capabilities
- Proactive mindset and ability to independently manage projects
- Proficiency in both German and English languages
