Strategic Account Executive

Wir suchen eine/n erfahrene/n Key Account Manager/in (m/w/d) für unser Portfolio-Unternehmen. In dieser Rolle wirst du maßgeblich dazu beitragen, die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen und die Vertriebsstrategie weiterzuentwickeln.
Deine Hauptaufgaben umfassen die Betreuung unserer bestehenden Großkunden sowie die Akquise neuer Kunden. Du spielst eine entscheidende Rolle in verschiedenen, spannenden Projekten.
Werde Teil eines innovativen Unternehmens, das sich auf die Bereitstellung von B2B-Druckdienstleistungen spezialisiert hat. Als führender Anbieter in Europa bedienen wir Kunden in über 30 Märkten.
Deine Verantwortlichkeiten- Aufbau und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen mit dem Ziel, die Kundenzufriedenheit zu maximieren.
- Aktive Akquise neuer Kunden und Erschließung neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten.
- Beratung unserer Kunden mit einem hohen Maß an Engagement und Fachwissen, um individuelle Lösungen zu finden.
- Proaktive Identifikation von Kundenbedürfnissen zur Steigerung des Umsatzes und Verbesserung der Kundenerfahrung.
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams, um die Erwartungen unserer Kunden nicht nur zu erfüllen, sondern zu übertreffen.
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb und bringst erste Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich mit.
- Der Kontakt zu Kunden bereitet dir Freude und du bist ein talentierter Problemlöser.
- Du bist schnell im Verstehen von Herausforderungen und packst diese direkt an.
- Du bist eine offene und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit, die gut in ein dynamisches Team passt.
- Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit vertriebsorientierter Weiterbildung abgeschlossen.
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Französisch.
