**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Java developer to join our team as a Senior Java Developer – Microservices, Spring Boot. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our news portal's backend using Java 21 technologies and microservices architecture.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop sophisticated features and services based on current Java 21 technologies for our news portal and internal microservices.
  • Identify potentials for optimization in terms of quality, performance, and maintainability.
  • Tackle complex problems or high-risk systems using architectural spikes and proof of concepts.
  • Test your code supported by our continuous integration and delivery setup with a high degree of automation and receive quick feedback on whether your code lives up to its promises or breaks the pipeline.
  • Pick up current trends and technologies and share your knowledge with your colleagues in regular brown bag sessions or slack days.

**Requirements**

  • Strong experience in Java development, particularly with microservices architecture and Spring Boot.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
