About the Role:

via 3C - Career Consulting Company GmbH is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Country Manager to lead the growth of our client's European SaaS company in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Management: Lead and manage a team of 15, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Marketing Strategy: Define and implement local marketing strategies to maximize brand awareness and optimize lead generation.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the DACH region.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as a Country Manager/Sales Director in the Software/SaaS industry
  • Successful track record in marketing, sales, and business development
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to travel as needed
