Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Disponent (m/w/d) Transportwesen to join our team at our headquarters in Bindlach. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating the daily and weekly tour and schedule planning, taking into account fluctuating demand. Your tasks will include:

• Creating daily and weekly tour and schedule plans, considering varying demand levels
• Pre-disposition of external vehicles
• Creating loading lists and delivery notes
• Conducting evaluations in the area of fleet and logistics
• Responding to customer inquiries and maintaining the complaints database
• Recording the exchange of goods between branches
• Controlling driver expenses
• Controlling driver driving and working hours, as well as key handovers
• Personnel deployment planning

Responsibilities

As a Disponent (m/w/d) Transportwesen, you will be responsible for:

• Coordinating the daily and weekly tour and schedule planning, taking into account fluctuating demand
• Ensuring the efficient use of resources and minimizing costs
• Developing and implementing process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed commercial education in the field of logistics and transportation (m/w/d) or several years of experience in the field of transportation
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software
• High motivation and flexibility
• Teamwork and communication skills
