Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Team Lead Accounting Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our accounting systems administration team and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the accounting systems administration team and ensure the effective implementation of financial systems and processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and IT teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on accounting systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of financial systems and processes.
  • Perform system maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Develop and implement training programs for team members on accounting systems and processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in accounting systems administration, with a focus on leadership and team management.
  • Strong technical skills in accounting systems, including experience with financial software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and internal controls.
