**Become a Key Player in our Financial Team**

Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH, a leading HR service provider, is seeking a highly skilled Financial Leader to join their team in the machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 3 employees in Finance, HR, and Administration, providing strategic guidance and support
  • Oversee tax, social security, and HR-related matters, ensuring compliance and efficiency
  • Act as the primary point of contact for 38 employees regarding HR issues, providing expert advice and support
  • Optimize processes in HR and Finance departments, implementing best practices and improving productivity
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring accuracy and transparency
  • Oversee accounts receivable and payable, managing cash flow and financial stability
  • Conduct month-end closing activities, preparing financial statements and analysis
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analysis, providing insights and recommendations
Requirements:
  • Completed financial education, preferably with a certification in accounting, and a strong understanding of German accounting standards
  • Experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
  • Knowledge of tax, social security, and labor laws, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting
  • Proficient in MS Office and DATEV software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with employees at all levels
  • Experience in monthly closing activities and reporting, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Strong knowledge of German accounting standards and regulations
  • Fluent in German and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
