Key Responsibilities

  • Design, negotiate, and finalize structured trade finance solutions while managing relationships with relevant banking desks.
  • Serve as the primary contact for collateral and credit support needs within the business.
  • Lead the digitization of current trade finance processes and enhance trade finance operations.
  • Collaborate closely with front office and associated finance departments.
  • Oversee internal financing arrangements to support Uniper group companies.
  • Manage the Group's working capital, contributing to the development of financing solutions for working capital.
  • Engage in internal stakeholder management, particularly in Market & Credit Risk.
  • Participate in and familiarize yourself with other Treasury Front Office areas such as Cash Management, FX, and Interest Rate Management.

Candidate Profile

  • A university degree in business administration, mathematics/statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities.
  • Experience in trading treasury products.
  • A digital-savvy individual who can elevate the digitalization of treasury processes.
  • Proficient in conceptualizing and implementing digital solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel, with a focus on Power Query and VBA.
  • Experience in managing cross-divisional stakeholders, particularly in market risk, credit risk, and controlling.
  • Familiarity with the commodity trading sector and an understanding of its liquidity implications is advantageous.
