Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Betreuungskraft to join our team at CBT - Caritas-Betriebsführungs- und Trägergesellschaft GmbH. As a Betreuungskraft, you will play a vital role in providing daily care and support to our residents in a part-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist residents with daily activities, such as walking, outings, and social events
- Communicate with residents, family members, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in meal preparation and cooking with residents
- Document resident care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
- Completion of a Betreuungskraft training program in accordance with § 43b SGB XI
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
