Als Head of Indirektem Einkauf Deutschland tragen Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Gestaltung der modernen Labordiagnostik bei. In Ihrer Funktion leiten Sie das Team und übernehmen die fachliche, operative und disziplinarische Personalführung. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Führung des indirekten Einkaufs der SYNLAB Deutschland
  • Mitglied des Global Procurement Teams der SYNLAB Gruppe
  • Repräsentation des indirekten Einkaufs auf Landesebene gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Förderung der Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem globalen Einkaufsteam, den Fachabteilungen und dem operativen Einkauf
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien und Sicherstellung der Umsetzung von globalen Initiativen
  • Verantwortung des Salix- und Pre-Sourcing-Prozesses zur Erreichung der angestrebten Einkaufs- und Kostenvorteile auf Landesebene
  • Verantwortung für lokale Ausschreibungen und Verhandlungen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von strategischen Einkäufern
  • Verantwortung für strategische und taktische Einkaufsprozesse
  • Disziplinäre Führung und Entwicklung von strategischen Einkäufern
  • Personalplanung sowie Förderung eines positiven Teamspirits
  • Verantwortung der Zielerreichung des indirekten Einkaufs Deutschland, insbesondere hinsichtlich Kostensenkung und Kostenvermeidung
Ihre Qualifikationen

Als motivierende Führungspersönlichkeit leiten Sie das Team mit einem hohen Maß an Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz. Darüber hinaus zeichnen Sie sich durch folgende Erfahrungen und Fähigkeiten aus:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
  • Erfahrung im strategischen Einkauf, Verhandlungsführung und Führung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich Diagnostik und/oder Healthcare von Vorteil
  • Analytische, konzeptionelle und projektmanagementbezogene Fähigkeiten
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und globales Handeln
  • Mehrsprachigkeit (Englisch obligatorisch), sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
  • Erfahrung im Category Management und in der cross-funktionalen Zusammenarbeit innerhalb internationaler Netzwerke
  • Zuverlässiges, lösungsorientiertes Handeln und Teamfähigkeit runden Ihr Profil ab
