Überblick

Als SAP Support Specialist bei Adecco bist Du verantwortlich für die Unterstützung und Betreuung der SAP-Anwender in verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen. Deine Expertise ist gefragt, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf der Geschäftsprozesse zu gewährleisten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Erster und zweiter Ansprechpartner für SAP-Nutzer
  • Kategorisierung von Anfragen (Incident, Service Request, Change Request)
  • Bearbeitung von Störungen und Serviceanfragen
  • Unterstützung bei operativen Geschäftsaktivitäten, wie Wartungsverträgen und Buchungskorrekturen
  • Management von Eskalationen an die dritte Ebene bei Bedarf
  • Entwicklung von Workarounds und Dokumentation von Lösungen
  • Benutzerverwaltung und allgemeine Administration auf SAP FSM
  • Durchführung von Schulungen für Benutzer sowie Erstellung von Benutzerdokumentationen
  • Durchführung von Datenanalysen und Queries
  • Unterstützung bei Problemen in anderen Bereichen und bei globalen Projekten
  • Integrationstests nach Änderungen

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung mit SAP Field Service Manager oder CoreSystems FSM als Super-User oder Administrator
  • Fundiertes Verständnis von Industrieprozessen im ERP-Bereich
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP Work Manager sind von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Analytisches Denken, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit zeichnen Dich aus
  • Organisationstalent mit strukturierter und lösungsorientierter Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Serviceorientierung sind Deine Stärken
