Process Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Process Engineer to join our team at bindan GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and developing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Analyze and evaluate existing processes to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization
• Develop and implement measures to increase efficiency and productivity
• Introduce Lean methodologies and continuous improvement processes (KVP)
• Conduct process audits and create optimization reports
• Train and support colleagues in implementing new process standards

• Completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in process optimization or process management
• Knowledge of Lean management is an asset
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, assertiveness, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and structured, with high resilience
