About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Service Technician to join our team at Rems-Murr-Kliniken gGmbH. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first- and second-level technical support to our employees
  • Analyze, classify, and resolve incoming support requests via phone and email
  • Document and manage technical issues in our ticketing system
  • Plan, prepare, and oversee the deployment of automated software updates in our clinics
  • Deploy Windows 10 operating systems on new PCs
  • Provide hardware and software support for our IT systems, including PCs, printers, and other equipment
  • Manage and configure user access and permissions
  • Configure and operate hardware devices, such as card readers and scanners
  • Train and educate users on IT systems and procedures
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides
Requirements
  • Completed education in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of client and server operating systems
  • Experience with Microsoft applications and services, including Windows 10, Office, and Active Directory
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and provide on-call support
  • Openness to change and a willingness to learn
  • Excellent German language skills
