Als Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) bei HORN Accounting GmbH bist du verantwortlich für die Durchführung der termingerechten monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung von bis zu 1.000 Mitarbeitern sowie der relevanten Meldungen unter Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen und betrieblichen Bestimmungen.
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Die Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung und die relevanten Meldungen
- Die Kommunikation mit Sozialversicherungsträgern und Behörden in lohnsteuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragen
- Die stetige Optimierung der Payroll-Prozesse und -Tools
Um als Payroll Specialist (m/w/d) bei HORN Accounting GmbH erfolgreich zu sein, benötigst du:
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (gerne Steuerfachangestellte/-wirt) und/oder ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in dem Bereich Abrechnung/Payroll für vorzugsweise mittelständische Unternehmen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit DATEV LODAS bzw. Lohn und Gehalt und/oder SBS, P&I Loga
- Sehr gute MS-Office Skills
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie der betrieblichen Altersvorsorge
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie insbesondere sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
