Data Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler to join our Business Intelligence team at New Work SE. As a Data Modeler, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining robust data models that support our business intelligence efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Maintain Data Models: Develop and implement data models that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.
- Develop and Optimize ETL Processes: Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with BI & Analytics Teams: Work closely with the BI and Analytics teams to deliver actionable insights and drive business decisions.
- Ensure Data Quality and Integrity: Develop and implement data quality and integrity processes to ensure accurate and reliable data.
- Create and Maintain Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation to support data models, ETL processes, and data quality processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage technical requirements with stakeholders to ensure data models meet business needs.
- At Least 1 Year of Experience in DBT: Proven experience in using DBT to design and implement data models.
- Expertise in Snowflake: Strong expertise in Snowflake, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality.
- Strong SQL Skills: Excellent SQL skills, including data modeling, querying, and optimization.
- Python Experience with Data Warehousing: Experience with Python and data warehousing, including data modeling, ETL processes, and data quality.
- Knowledge of BI Tools: Strong knowledge of BI tools, including data visualization, reporting, and analytics.
- Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, including data analysis, problem identification, and resolution.
