About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fahrradmontage Specialist to join our team at DECATHLON Paderborn. As a key member of our Fahrrad-Montageteam, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of bicycle assembly and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Fahrrad-Montageteam in achieving exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Perform end-to-end bicycle assembly, ensuring all components are properly installed and functioning correctly.
• Conduct thorough quality control checks to guarantee the safety and roadworthiness of bicycles.
• Carry out minor repairs and adjustments to bicycles as needed.
• Ensure the security and integrity of bicycles throughout the assembly process.

• Reliability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Motivation to tackle challenges and adapt to changing priorities.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, to support the team.
