Project Bay GmbH is seeking a dedicated individual to support our Accelerator program, which focuses on innovative startups in sustainability, Traveltech, New Work, and Mobility. Our comprehensive six-month initiative is designed to enhance market readiness, stimulate growth, and facilitate scaling through tailored expertise and personalized assistance.
During this program, participants will benefit from customized support, engage in specialized workshops, and partake in weekly strategy sessions, fostering collaboration among various accelerator teams.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with startup founders to refine and enhance the program based on insights from previous cohorts.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Accelerator program to nurture the development of pioneering products and enterprises.
- Connect with industry experts across diverse fields to collectively advance future technologies.
- Organize events and meetings that involve startups and external collaborators.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders within the startup ecosystem.
- Identify and onboard appropriate partners and sponsors to enrich the program.
- A degree in Economics, Management, or Entrepreneurship.
- A strong passion for startups and the entrepreneurial landscape, ideally with hands-on experience.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial abilities, including creativity, effective communication, and resource mobilization.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
