• Operate, adjust, and oversee production machinery and lines
• Conduct quality assurance checks on produced components
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Diagnose issues and reconfigure machinery as needed

• Experience in mechanical and plant operation (m/f/d)* is a plus
• Dependable team player
• Willingness to work in a two-shift schedule
• Strong manual skills and technical insight
• Proficiency in the German language
