Position Overview:
This is a full-time role requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week.
The initial duration of employment is set for 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on individual and project performance.
As an AI Language Analyst within our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) division, you will become part of a diverse global team of experts from various fields, entrusted with a variety of tasks. We are looking for innovative, self-driven, and resourceful individuals who can thrive in the fast-paced environment of AI security. In return, we will provide training in advanced techniques for identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities in generative AI systems. Below are some key responsibilities associated with this role:
- Engage in comprehensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, and specific project protocols.
- Develop creative and strategic prompts aimed at circumventing the filters and safeguards of LLMs, focusing on specific vulnerabilities identified by our clients.
- Work collaboratively with language experts, project leads, and quality assurance teams to deliver optimal results.
- Support data scientists in executing automated model assessments.
- Adapt to the changing demands of various projects and clients, effectively managing evolving guidelines and requirements.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements and vulnerabilities in LLMs, contributing to the evolution of your team's methodologies.
- Meet productivity benchmarks, including the volume of prompts generated and average response time per prompt.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher, or an Associate's degree with 1 year of relevant experience, or a high school diploma with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional writing abilities in both German and English.
- Strong grasp of grammar, syntax, and semantics, with the ability to recognize when to adhere to or deviate from conventional language rules to effectively test AI responses.
- Capability to adopt various tones and perspectives in writing.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficient internet research skills.
- Ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
- Skill in navigating ambiguity with poise.
- Flexibility to excel in a dynamic setting, with the capacity to adjust to changing guidelines and requirements.
