Facilities Manager (m/w/d) in Property Maintenance

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented professional to join our team at Berghof GmbH as a Facilities Manager (m/w/d) in Property Maintenance. As a key member of our facility operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and order of our company premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and oversee technical systems to ensure optimal facility operations
  • Manage waste disposal and maintenance of company vehicles to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Coordinate with external maintenance companies to ensure timely and cost-effective repairs
  • Conduct minor repairs and handyman tasks to maintain the integrity of our facilities
  • Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
  • Structured and conscientious work approach with a focus on attention to detail
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and external partners
  • Technical understanding and manual dexterity to perform maintenance tasks
  • Valid driver's license to operate company vehicles
  • German language proficiency to effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Basic computer skills to manage facility operations and maintenance records
