Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of valve plates (weighing approximately 1 to 2 KG) tailored for the automotive sector, utilizing both technical inspection instruments and visual evaluation techniques.
  • Verify the completeness and proper assembly of valve plates.
  • Examine the sealing surfaces for any imperfections or scratches.
  • Upon completion of inspections, carefully package the valve plates into designated boxes.
  • Facilitate the transportation of these packages using a vacuum lifting device.
What We Are Looking For:
  • A background in technical education or relevant experience in metalworking (machining) is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in quality assurance/control within the automotive supply chain is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with MT/VT processes would be a plus.
  • Willingness to work in a shift pattern (3-shift model) and on weekends.
  • Proficiency in the German language is required.
  • A valid vision test or G25 certification is necessary.
