In der Rolle des Automation Systems Engineer (m/w/d) sind Sie im Bereich Forschung und Entwicklung mit folgenden Aufgaben betraut:
  • Entwicklung fortschrittlicher Roboter- und Automatisierungslösungen für die Montage und Handhabung von Flugzeugkomponenten
  • Planung, Entwurf und Realisierung von Robotik- und Automatisierungssystemen, einschließlich der technischen Verantwortung für die Entwicklung automatisierter Lösungen entsprechend den Anforderungen der Kunden
  • Integration der Roboter- und Automatisierungssysteme in bestehende Industriesysteme, einschließlich der Konstruktion komplexer Kinematiken zur Durchführung von Automatisierungsaufgaben
  • Identifikation und Analyse spezifischer Projekte und deren Anforderungen, einschließlich funktionaler und technischer Spezifikationen sowie Simulation und Modellierung von Automatisierungslösungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche von Prototypen bis hin zu voll funktionsfähigen Endsystemen, einschließlich der Integration, Installation, Konfiguration und Testung von Systemen, Anwendungssoftware und Schnittstellenprotokollen

Wir suchen:
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Elektrotechnik, Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Design Engineering, Elektrotechnik/Elektronik, Fertigungstechnik sowie in der Mechatronik
  • Grundkenntnisse im Projektmanagement
  • Fortgeschrittene Deutschkenntnisse und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CATIA V5
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Matlab
  • Kenntnisse in Google Workspace sind von Vorteil
  • Die Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge und Funktionsweisen schnell zu erfassen und zu analysieren
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise zur termingerechten Erreichung von Zielen und zur effizienten Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit mit Ansprechpartnern auf allen Ebenen
