We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of: Service Technician for Construction Machinery/Equipment in Mobile Operations (m/f/d)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on vehicles, machinery, equipment, and systems.
  • Conduct repair tasks at construction sites and facilities within the Construction Materials and Construction sectors of the Adolf Steinbach Steinindustrie-Schotterwerke GmbH & Co. KG.
  • Implement inspection programs according to manufacturer guidelines and document the outcomes.
  • Carry out functional testing of machinery and equipment.
  • Replace or repair defective components as necessary.
  • Manage the operation and commissioning of vehicles and systems.
  • Request quotes and prepare cost estimates for spare parts or external repair services.
  • Order spare parts and supplies, and coordinate repairs with third-party service providers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles, machinery, equipment, workshop, and tools.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Completed vocational training as an Agricultural and Construction Machinery Mechatronics Technician or a related qualification.
  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding.
  • Excellent manual dexterity.
  • High sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Possession of a CE Driver's License.
  • Construction machinery certification is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours as needed.
