At Hyatt House Frankfurt-Eschborn, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Reservations Agent to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and processing incoming reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Entering reservations into our property management system, Opera
  • Creating and sending customized offers to guests
  • Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to guests
  • Cross-selling and upselling hotel services and amenities
  • Collaborating closely with front office teams across our hotel group

Requirements:

  • Completed education in hospitality or a related field (desired)
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Strong knowledge of Opera and proficiency in using the system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Reservations Agent
