Master Thesis Opportunity in Process Simulation for Additive Manufacturing

Robert Bosch GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to contribute to the development of advanced process simulation techniques for additive manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize process simulation models for additive manufacturing, focusing on the Laser Powder Bed Fusion process.
  • Analyze and evaluate the impact of process parameters and structural parameters on part quality.
  • Document and present research findings and results.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Simulation Technology, Computational Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Expertise in FEM simulation and modeling, with experience in the laser powder bed fusion process a plus.
  • Independent, structured, and self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English or German.

Additional Information:
