Job Title: Digital Tracking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Tracking Specialist to join our central marketing team in Berlin. As a key player in our data-driven marketing team, you will be responsible for owning multiple Delivery Hero brands' website and app tracking & analytics for marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement, configure, manage, monitor, and debug Google Analytics GA4 and Adjust accounts.
  • Create and implement tracking plans to capture relevant user behavior data for Google Analytics 4 and Adjust.
  • Perform regular data quality checks to ensure that tracking is working properly.
  • Query GA4 data in Big Query and analyze it via Reporting/Dashboarding tools.
  • Coordinate projects across product, marketing, and BI teams, manage stakeholder interests, and provide ongoing feedback.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify dependencies, bottlenecks, blockers, and ensure the execution of a well-coordinated project plan.
  • Become the main point of contact for any tracking-related questions.
  • Document and share tracking knowledge across various departments.
Requirements:
  • Completed studies in engineering, data analytics, business, mathematics, statistics, or a related course.
  • At least 3+ years of professional experience with Google Analytics 4, Adjust, Google Tag Manager, Big Query, and cookie consent management.
  • Excellent pattern identification and outlier detection skills, with the ability to generate insights from data.
  • Experience with app tracking and MMPs such as Adjust, Appsflyer, Kochava, etc.
  • Good knowledge of paid advertising and experience with tracking snippets for Google and Meta.
  • Advanced knowledge in definition, roll-out, and implementation of tracking concepts across multiple platforms.
  • High affinity towards e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Team player with a high level of collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Business fluent in English.
