Renewable Energy Market Developer

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a PPA Originator. This role involves marketing the electricity generated by their client's power plants, building a network of partners, identifying new opportunities, negotiating PPAs, and understanding current developments of the power markets.
The ideal candidate will have at least three to five years of professional experience in the field of electricity markets or related, with a strong talent in acquisition and sales. They will also possess very good English language skills, a willingness to travel, and a great interest in renewable energies. Additionally, they will be self-driven with a high level of personal responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market electricity generated by power plants to industrial companies, utilities, and other distribution partners
- Build and maintain a network of partners and identify new opportunities
- Negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with clients
- Stay up-to-date with current developments in the power markets
- Collaborate with the client's team to achieve sales targets
Requirements:
- At least three to five years of experience in electricity markets or related
- Strong talent in acquisition and sales
- Very good English language skills
- Willingness to travel
- Great interest in renewable energies
- Self-driven with a high level of personal responsibility
