Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and competent Graphic Designer to join our German team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing creative graphic design concepts for marketing campaigns on online marketplaces such as Amazon, Kaufland, Otto, and Walmart USA.
Key Responsibilities- Develop engaging product images and infographics to enhance the visibility and sales success of brand products
- Design compelling advertising materials such as banners, ads, and videos to strengthen the brand presence on online marketplaces
- Ensure the implementation of design guidelines and adherence to corporate design in all graphic materials
- Manage, take responsibility for, and coordinate the design team and their work outcomes
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop innovative design ideas and ensure that visual communication aligns with company goals
- Design, develop, and maintain our website using Webflow
- At least 2 years of experience in designing graphic elements for digital media
- Good communication skills in both English and German (business fluent, min B2)
- Good time and task management
- Strong sense of digital imagery and conceptualization
- Proficient in using common graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and more)
- Experience with Webflow or similar tools
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., Adobe Sensei, ChatGPT) and a willingness to continuously learn
- Experience with video editing and video animations is an advantage
- Experience with online marketplaces such as Amazon, Kaufland, etc. is an advantage
