About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Swatch Group. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, customers, and assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents
  • Provide security support to sales teams during product presentations and events
  • Conduct regular security checks and patrols of the premises
  • Act as a brand ambassador and promote a positive image of Swatch Group
  • Ensure smooth operations and communicate security standards to the team
  • Participate in security projects to enhance security standards
  • Support with opening and closing procedures
  • Be on call for emergencies as required
  • Accompany product transports

Requirements

  • Previous experience in security services, preferably in luxury retail
  • Completed education in security-related field
  • Valid security clearance
  • Excellent MS Office skills and technical aptitude
  • Strong communication skills, including English language proficiency
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Travel required (15%)
